Neighborhood Garage Sale - May 1st and 2nd!

Start your spring cleaning now in preparation for the annual Country Villas neighborhood garage sale. The HOA will advertise for the event in the newspaper and on Craig's List. What a great time to kick off the warm weather, mingle with your neighbors, and make a little cash too!

On January 26, 2010 at the Country Villas Homeowners Association General Meeting, new board members were elected by the Homeowner Association members. We are happy to present to you the 2010 board!

Lisa Lamppert, Treasurer (one-year term)
Mary Morzenti, Secretary (one-year term)

Directors
All directors are elected for a one-year term and serve as a committee chair.

Membership Drive

Once again it is time to remit your membership dues. 2009 was a record year for membership -- let's make 2010 even better!
